During the manufacturing process, the wooden spoon is soaked in water several times and sanded repeatedly, which is why our product remains truly silky-smooth for a long time. Hand washing is recommended to ensure the product’s longevity. The spoon is treated with edible flaxseed oil. If a fine fuzz forms on your ladle after several years of use, you can sand it with 600-grit sandpaper and then apply linseed oil.
