During the manufacturing process, the wooden spatula is soaked in water several times and sanded repeatedly, which is why our product remains truly silky-smooth for a long time. Hand washing is recommended to ensure the product’s longevity. The spatula is treated with edible flaxseed oil. If fine fibers form on your product after several years of use, you can sand it with 600-grit sandpaper and then apply linseed oil.
