During the manufacturing process, the wooden spatula is soaked in water several times and sanded again and again, which is why our product remains truly silky-smooth for a long time. Hand washing is recommended to ensure the product’s longevity. The spatula is treated with edible flaxseed oil. If a fine fuzz forms on your spatula after several years of use, you can sand it with 600-grit sandpaper and then apply flaxseed oil.
